Ronetech customer service is efficient and proactive to details. Scheduled maintenance for the vehicle because I was informed by Service control that power is disconnected because i removed the battery. As soon I activated the battery, they called me back to confirm that the vehicle is reporting at my precise location without checking the tracking mobile app. Thanks RoneTech
